Had been skipping posts recently.Started to make up execuses for myself:
"I have nothing to wirte about today."
"I am so busy for school and have no time to blog."
Blogging is like exercising.
It's hard to start [for many people],
& it's hard to keep it as a habit at the beginning.
But we all know or else should realize:
they are good for us!
Exercise your physical wellness,
exercise your brain
& exercise your mind regularly.

You will be amazed how every area of your life improved
after good habits are developed.
I care about:
Do you exercise regularly? or occasionally?
Do you exercise physically? mentally? spiritually?
or you exercise all three area regularly?

I only exercise when the chance come....there was exception tho..i pushed myself to play ball in order to keep fit lol
and thank you for givin me chance to exercise my brain here lol
it's reli hard for me to push myself>< nevertheless, i will keep trying...
